Florida pictures part 2

Florida part 1

Here are some pictures from the beach. I know I posted some of our beach adventures. The boys love the water! And while I have no pictures of MJ at the pool, near the end of our trip, he decided he could swim in the big pool without help from flotation devices. I guess this "swimming" that he does is equivalent to a baby taking his first wobbly steps. He can't go too far on his own, but he's doing pretty well.

Babymoon

So, here are a few pictures from our "babymoon" to NYC. It was a short trip that was made even shorter because Mario had to do some unexpected work while we were there, but at least he didn't have to take as many vacation days for it. We ate a lot, and then walked a lot, but I still feel as thought I gained 5 lbs...perhaps that b/c I'm pregnant and getting so big!

A special thanks to my mom for watching the boys while we were gone... especially since she was without internet and TV the whole time (you try going 3 days without it, while you are traveling and watching someone else's kids, it's tough). I think all 3 of them had a great time. And the first night I put MJ to bed, he wanted me to tell him a story about Grandma... I think he misses her a lot.

It's a Girl!

We've had a busy couple of weeks here. We got back from our week long trip to Florida on Tuesday the 22nd. Then Wednesday, we had our ultrasound for Little T (found out she is a girl) and then that afternoon, Mario and I took off for our babymoon, while my mom stayed at our house to watch the boys. Mario and I had a great time in New York City, returned Friday night, and I fully intended to blog about Little T, when I learned our internet and cable were out. Verizon just fixed it (despite our many many calls, they didn't get to us until now). So, here you go. This may be a marathon blogging day.

Little T is a very active baby. She also seems a little shy and kept her hands near her face. It also looked like she was boxing, so maybe that was just a defensive position for her.

Since she moved so much, the 3D images did not work well. But the sonographer tried her best anyway.

I'm getting more used to the idea of having a girl. I'm excited, for sure. I'd be excited either way and am just happy that she is healthy. (though after lookinga the 3D pictures, I now wonder if the umbilical cord is wrapped around her neck.) I've been so used to my boys and boy things that having a girl will be a change, but I'm sure an exciting addition to our family.
